Ready to work your CORE? We’re on the floor for all of today – but we are still working! Be ready to BURN!

Timing is 30 seconds of work to 15 seconds of rest. 💪🏾

This program is geared to all fitness levels – from beginner to advanced.
There are options of modifications and intensification throughout the videos.

Exercises designed for limited space, perfect for home or travel.
You can even do it at the gym.

All you’ll need is a set of dumbbells!

Optional equipment:
Resistance band or loops, yoga mat, and a step/bench/stable chair.
